In honor of Afterschool Professionals Appreciation Week, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Gloucester County published several profiles on our staff members. Take a look down below to view our profiles for our Paulsboro staff members.
To celebrate Afterschool Professionals Appreciation Week, we would like to take a moment to highlight another one of our staff members, Daniel R Mack.
Daniel is a newer staff member that recently joined our Paulsboro Club. He was born and raised in Philadelphia, which is where he discovered his passion for working with youth. He is passionate about sports and has taken this passion to the organization by becoming the sports instructor at the Paulsboro Club.
He tries to show his excellence as an Afterschool Professional by showing emotional wisdom and empathy to all of the kids he works with. When discussing his role at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Gloucester County, Daniel said, “It is my belief that we all have greatness inside of us. Some of us need just a little help discovering it, so we can tap into it.”

The next staff member we would like to highlight is Ally Rad. Ally is a Youth Development Professional at the Paulsboro Club. She was born and raised in Philadelphia, where she discovered her passion for dance and sports recreation. Ally has experience in both dancing and childcare and has shown this experience as the yoga and dance instructor at the Paulsboro Clubs.
Ally was part of a youth development program from ages 6-12. She called this program a “safe haven” and it became the inspiration behind her passion for childcare. Ally says, “I look forward to passing along creative and positive ways of self-expression and to be a positive, calming force for the children, as well as implementing the values of mindfulness, calm and balance into our daily routine.”
Thank you, Ally, for taking care of both the mental and physical needs of our Club members. We are so fortunate to have you as part of our organization!
